Day 2, Lunch: 2 Bowls of Cabbage Soup, Spinach, 1 large carrot and a mug of water. Geez!!!!

Day 2, Breakfast: 1 huge carrot, 1 bowl of cabbage soup with parsley, 1 mug of water. Toughest day so far.

For Supper I can reward myself with a big baked potato with butter. I shouldn't eat fruit today.

Today I can eat fresh, raw or cooked vegetables . Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn.
