An abandoned steel mill rusts quietly at the edge of this cold town, reminiscent of warmer days. From a population of 91,000 in 1960 to 105,000 in 2008, this town has been overshadowed by many cities, suspended by it's own reality of twisted thievery and perverse corruption.

This digital collage consists of 20 images taken with an iPhone 3GS camera (3.85mm f/2.8).
