About Sami Dee

During the mid 80's, inspired by the mixes he listened to every night on Radio 7, young Sami Dee begins to mix in his bedroom using one turntable (an old record player), and an old tape deck. In 1990, Sami Dee gets the opportunity to refine his ears, and set the ball rolling towards becoming the confirmed DJ he is today, by assisting David Morales at the Red Zone, famous New York Club, where he could make the most of the Boss's precious advice. Sami was at that time also a privileged presence during many of Morales's studio recordings, including some of his hugely successful club anthems. This New York experience certainly helped Sami Dee, and allowed him to practice what had been preached to him by Morales through radio and club performances. In 1997, Sami Dee and his friend Bibi land on the NRJ radio decks, and launch their legendary "Better Days" show on the national 100.3 fm radio station. For four years, Sami Dee demonstrates his enormous Dj'ing talents for a very large audience and made the most of offers to remix such talents as: David Morales, Kenny Carpenter, Dimitri from Paris, Leee John, Robert Owens, Gus Gus, Ralphie Rosario and CeCe Peniston, as well as various productions including the number 1 hit in British clubs, "Da Slammin' Phrogz" title "Somethin' about the music". Since 2000, Sami Dee is a resident on the prestigious specialist Radio station, FG, and regularly releases solo singles, such as the much sought "Flyin' High", or through collaborations with various Dj's who share the same musical sensitivity. He has lately produced a very successful rework of the classic « Gypsy Woman » with Crysal Waters & Freddy Jones, released through Antoine Clamaran's label, Disco Ball, and licensed over twenty countries. Grand Connaisseur of Havanas, Sami Dee always takes great care to "Structure the Vibe" on the hottest dancefloors throughout the world From Stereo in Montreal to Redlight or 287 in Paris, eternally crowned with his panama hat, "you've just gotta have the attitude" sums up the difference he makes to a clubs atmosphere, in his own finest words... " Music Is The Key & Life Is A Dance! Forever More!". It's a ((( Stereo ))) Thang!!!
