Say goodbye to the February Blahs

2008 did not waste any time getting started! I kicked off the New Year by stomping my boots at a farm party in Cobourg... a truly amazing party with some wonderful people, delicious food and delicious sounds all night long!
February is about to set in on us, and I don't know about you, but it's probably my least favorite month. That said, this year I have taken all kinds of precautions to keep myself from getting the february blahs. If you need assistance in this department, I'm the girl for you. Check out the shows section for some cool dates. I have a few home town Toronto shows I'm looking forward to, and some way-up North shows (pack your snopants, we're going to the ski hill)!
February 13th at the Gladstone Hotel will be particularly fun. Come out for this pre-Valentine's day warm-up, whether you have a honey or not. This event is a fundraiser for We Are Many (WAM) an environmental organization that I've been pouring myself into these days. I'll be playing with band, and I'm excited to play with two very talented groups that night, Eddie Orso and the Revival Dears, and Pavlov's Dog's Orchestra. These guys are gonna bring it!
