First off, let me say that I really like the "It's Me Bitches" refix. I was on a bus for senior cocktails and these crazy frat boys kept shouting, "FREEZE! You know who it is. IT'S ME SNITCHES!" I think it put a damper on their cred that they were shouting out the clean version.

I wasn't hardcore enough (or at least I wasn't going to try to be hardcore enough) to listen to crazy male rappers growing up, but I loved hip-hop so I fell for the music of the ladies. I guess female hip-hop/R&B is usually more real for me...they're not trying to be something they're not. I love anything that maintains some soul (Mary, Tasia, Keyshia), yet I don't mind shaking my ass alone to some Missy or Ciara. One time I was dancing to "Love U Better" (the bonus track off of The Evolution) in an elevator and someone almost caught me.

This comment was awfully stream of consciousness and I probably shouldn't ever write again after a week of university-sponsored drinking.
