My work AHE is screening in Houston this weekend in the EXTREMELY SHORTS 10 program at the Aurora Picture Show.
30 experimental, avant garde newmedia type films, all under 3 minutes long - compressed into a program which repeats three times.

Last weekend the screening in Detroit went well. It was nice to see the visual dynamics of outdoor projection in the center of city formerly known as murder city. The people we met are so very dedicated to opening new channels for young filmmakers of all sorts. CINEMA D is the outdoor series I participated in, but there are others I learned are doing huge things as well. Plus our weekend was spent attending the Allied Media Conference, which was so much more expansive than I expected - we only had the time and physical ability to attend a small portion of the workshops and seminars we had hoped for.
