I'm a free spirit, flitting from one moment to the next, following the rhythm and song of my heart, relaxing into spontaneity and afraid of feeling caged in any situation. Mostly, I believe in floating above the intensity, letting the chattering thoughts of my ego wash over me and living in the divine space of spirit. Although, recently I have been compelled to breathe the intensity like it is the nourishing breath of my soul, facing the demons that are embedded within the cracks and crevices of my being, attempting to make peace with them. Not always easy. I feel in my power when I'm creating something, anything...music, change, poetry, art, conversations, laughter. It's really all about love, healing, creating and showing my soul.
