Sherkan is an atypical group, a mixing of influences as various as Tool, Mr. Bungle, Machine Head, Limp Bizkit, Meshuggah, Sepultura... This primarily anglophone musical culture as wishes it to make known its music beyond the French borders pushed the group to be sung exclusively in English. The musical work of Sherkan is summarized as follows: to collect in a single entity a maximum of environments. Thus, through the songs of "Inner", one will be able to feel power, sadness, melancholy, madness, joy, hatred, sensuality, irony, intimacy, frustration... This entity is called Sherkan and the consequence of this work is that all the pieces do not resemble each other, on the contrary, each piece proposes a single concept.
