About
Formed in 1997, skin contact grew out of founder Kevin Breidenbach's interest in both electronic music & computers. Early works were influenced heavily by the EBM & industrial dance music of the 90's, as well as other forms of electronic music. Over time, the sound of SC has evolved to include elements of IDM, drum & bass, noise, and rhythmic industrial music to form a unique blend of dark electronics. Recent releases have been well-received by the underground press, being described as "meticulously sculpted", "expertly engineered", and "intelligent".

minor site updates
I've been making a few minor changes here & there... changed the top background image so it looks better on resolutions bigger than 1024x768 (those at stated resolution may not notice much difference). Cleaned up the discography page. Added links. That's about it I think.
