Having music as their common interest, Craig Tallent & Holden Seguso started jamming and shortly there after began Sleeping Naked. While in school, the two took about a year to compose their ideal album. The album was recorded at Sunflower Studios in Miami, Fl, and from there was sent to be mixed in New York. The songs on the album are all co-written. Holden plays rhythm guitar and sings backup vocals while Craig plays lead guitar, sings lead vocals, and also plays piano on a few of the tracks. Sleeping Naked's first self-titled album was released in July 2008.
