Slushbox is musician/producer Mark Rajakovic. Based in NYC, Slushbox's ambient, gritty, and beautifully flawed sound is greatly inspired by the noisy backdrop of the city. After years of playing in more traditional rock bands, Mark had been put through the meat grinder of the major label process on more than a few occasions. Slushbox was formed as way to create music without the boundaries and restrictions of a typical band. Entirely self produced, Slushbox's "1976 EP" is now available on iTunes.

Thanks for the add. Beautiful piano sound on '1976', makes me wish I pushed up the reverb on a few of my piano tracks! Spot-on drum programming on the same track too, really great stuff.
