The 'Jive
My name is Mike. I own a website dedicated to unsigned and independent label musicians. It's called SonicJive.com and its cool for a couple reasons.
1. We do not allow any labeled artists
2. I have my own radio station - how cool is that?
3. There is no licensing agreements - you post it - you own it!
4. We sell your MP3 for 99 cents and you keep 90% of the profits!!!!!!
5. We have profile pages for non-musical members
6. Our music is sooooo good, you may just want to listen to our radio - that's ok - its free!
7. I own the site and I actually take the time to communicate with all of my members!

That sounds great - Although as you can probably see, not all the bands I interview are unsigned but I could put more of an effort in tracking some down. Maybe I could contact some of the unsigned guys you have already. I'll head over there soon and make a profile - then we can contact more fluidly whether through that or through e-mail. I'll work on a banner. I'm down to help anyone out as long as they help get my stuff read :) Much like you, I'm not making a dime off what I do, it's a complete grassroots thing for the lesser known music my staff and I love. Looking forward to working with you! Check out Science Fiction Theatre and The Morning Light Interviews - they are both unsigned as well.

Absolutely fantastic - I'll keep you posted with anyone else we hunt down. I know Dream State is unsigned at the moment and they are great as well. Beautiful piano based pop rock with the mixture of male female vocals. Some of it is absolutely enchanting. Expect an interview/review soon on our site for their new album.
