Splashgirl happens when Andreas Løwe plays the piano in the same area of acoustics as Jo Berger Myhre (doublebass) and Andreas Knudsrød (drums). From time to time we invite other musicians to join the band. So far, we've had the pleasure of having Joel Wästberg (sax), Lars Kurverud (bassclarinet), Sebastian Grüchôt (violin) and Anders Hofstad Sørås (pedalsteel) with us on different occasions.

First record "Doors. Keys." was released march 2007 on AIM Records.
We´ve recently started to record the next album.
