Shielded Brutality" documents a 30-year old scandal of police torture and political cover-up in Chicago. The "Jon Burge scandal" as it's called involves atrocities eerily similar to those of Abu Ghraib or Guantanamo Bay. This is a feature length documentary currently in production.
