I have a strange accent that's a mixture of living in Arizona for 10 years and then suddenly living in Inner City Baltimore until six years ago (oh the suburbs). I'm 19. I don't have a job, well I do but it's a joke. I have nine kids, or none, but I'm still wishing. I want to be a pin-up girl, but for now I'm just showing my boobs to one guy. I like watercolors and pink toe nails. I enjoy yellow slickers and rain in general. Old homeless people slipping on ice in the winter is comical to me. I'm ruthless and a pistol. I'm a firecracker and I say words like "AWKWARD, EGG AND LEG" awkwardly. Owl necklaces and old antique keys pretty much define my life.
Fuck it, I'm awkward. Love me anyways.
I play rugby. Yeah, bitches get stitches. I stare at trees with enthusiasm. I look forward to running around like a madwoman. Checking the mail is a favorite daily past time. I want a dog, preferable, so walking him can be a daily past time. Past time? That looks so awkward.
I used to listen to alot of music that isn't nearly close to anything I listen to anymore. I've grown up listening to music. My mom listens to Metallica and Pantera...my dad Eric Clapton and Styx. Me? City and Colour, Jenny Lewis, along with Rilo Kiley, As Tall As Lions puts on an amazing live show. I saw them with the Dear Hunter, which I strongly recommend. I'm still hoping to see Dallas with Alexisonfire, the boyfriend got me into them. It's The Format is a time bomb. Dashboard Confessional by far is fantastic to listen to..even if people make fun of you. Chris Carabba is extremely adorable. And because I'm a poser...Death Cab For Cutie. Come on. The Postal Service is 12 times better. Throw in some Journey and you have the perfect mixtape. (Don't Stop Believin')
I have a strange obsession with shows like Flip This House! and anything on HGTV. I'm a freaking homemaker in the making. I'm also hoping to live my life exactly like Carrie Bradshaw, so in that case, I'm studying up by vegging out in front of the tv for lengthy Sex and The City marathons. I read "The Country Husband" byJohn Cheever and fell in love all over again. I've tried to read popular authors like Chuck Palahniuk but, honestly, I can never get into that. Catcher in the Rye isn't the only book in the world, kiddos. Let's try some Sylvia Plath. Some poetry? Let's be bold and stick our heads in a gas oven.
