weekends are fun
Its funny how when I was younger I never really appreciated bicycles. Everyone in my family had one and we never used them, until one day my mom gave our bikes away. A few years after that is when I want to have a bicycle! {figures} So, on Friday after work I went and bought myself a bicycle. hooray.
On Saturday Chanti, Enamarie, Becca and myself went on a bike riding adventure. We rode our super cute bikes to Robeks { a smoothie place }. It was so great. I got
a bit of heat exhaustion during the ride, but it was okay (it was a little scary actaully) Chanti, Enamarie and Becca took care of me. Thank God for them, because I would've passed out on the street if there wouldn't have been there {it as like 100 degrees out there}. After we all cooled off we rode all the way back and it was fine.
Sunday was fun. We went to church. I really like my new church, its got its focus on the right things I tell you. Then Danny and I went to my house and had lunch and hung out with Enamarie while she was on break from her first day of work. Sucks growing up! Afterwards we went to a friend's house to watch the USA vs. Brazil soccer game. It was loads of fun. Of course Brazil won, but the US made a proud for getting to that point. Danny and everyone else was going for the US, Chanti was going for Brazil and I was going for the winning team because I'm a punk. I like both teams so I win either way. :) I'm glad we all got to spend some time together though. It was nice.
So that was my weekend. hooray.
