So this weekend, we're celebrating the 4th of July. Woo! Yay for our independence. I'll be attending the Key Biscayne Parade {Danny's marching with the flag}, then I'll headed over to
Mailin's 4th of July Party and then back to Key Biscayne for fireworks and what not {Danny works so I'm gonna hang with him}. Chanti will be celebrating the 4th in Pensacola! I know she's gonna have a blast!
The holiday has got me thinking of what is American out there... so I've decided to make a list of all things American. Well top 10 at least...check it out.

1.President Obama and his [adorable] dog, Bo.

2. Pilot , Amelia Earhart. I wish I could've met her, she seems like she would've been a lot of fun.
3. Painter, Jackson Pollock. I've read that he was kind of a jerk, but that's doesn't take away from the fact that he was a major figure in the art world.

4. Fashion Designer, Tom Ford. I happen to love the way he dresses [he always looks like a 'pimp']and the sunglasses he designs. :) He also reminds me of Jeremy Piven...also american!



5. Olympian, Michael Phelps. He won 8 gold medals at the Beijing Olympic Games. I remember watching his last race for the gold and everyone in my house was screaming out of excitement. Yay America!

6. Mute Math! This band is the most amazing band ever. I recommend everyone to go see them if you ever have the chance. They will rock their socks off.


7. Fashion Designer, Marc Jacobs. I think his magazine ads are so fun. I look forward to them when I buy a magazine.


8. Coca Cola. Clearly I prefer it over Pepsi.
9. Apple. Chanti and I are big apple fans. They know how to sell it! Actually just last night I purchased an iMac with Danny. woo!


10. One of our fav stores...Urban Outfitters. I know we both enjoy this place!


There are many more American things out there... {marines, Ford vehicles, chicken pot pie...}, but I don't have all day people!

People all over the US there will be BBQ, pool parties, parades, carnivals, and concerts! What will you be doing this weekend?
