I have created a new web page to put my noisy music on, so check it out if you are a noisy kind of person. I will update it shortly.
My name (as you may have guessed) is Stephen Kerr. I have lived in Canada, Japan, and the USA. I am Canadian.
I started playing guitar at the age of 10, and started taking lessons with my current teacher at 12. I have studied jazz guitar, but I enjoy playing a wide variety of styles. That variety does not include country. I get to play on my church's worship team with my favorite musicians.
I am interning at a recording studio in Maryland for the summer, after which I will begin in the guitar program at Humber College. This is so exciting that I cannot even begin to describe it. I hope that someday I will own a studio in Toronto (my favorite city), and be a producer, writing music on the side. However, it is just as likely I will end up teaching bratty kids in a public school music program. Such is life.
For those of you who are interested, Lush Life and Beautiful Love were the songs that I performed for my Humber audition. I hope you enjoy the music.
Voice - The Pardon Jun 8
I am excited to announce that Curtis Allen's new CD, The Pardon, will be hitting shelves by the end of June. It has been a lot of fun watching the creation of this project, and the songs are excellent, both musically and lyrically. You can check out his music at www.virb.com/voicemusicgroup.

Politics of Thought: I've always wanted you to add lyrics to your songs... I just thought they might be in English. I guess Russian (?) will have to do for now. H
