hahaha, where i'm from, we call these aggressive little bottom-feeders, crawfish. best served in the hundreds of pounds after being boiled alive in a spicy blend of crab boil, cayenne pepper, and tabasco accompanied with potatoes and corn on the cob. it's the cajun equivalent to a BBQ.
