How could a person do something so stupid? What kind of mother is she? I'm talking about the woman who, early on Saturday, December 16th, put her baby through an LAX x-ray machine. I would ask what she was thinking, but clearly she wasn't. Luckily, the poor child doesn't appear to have been hurt, but that's not really the point. There are just so many stupid people out in the world, and it seems like they're somehow living longer than many expected. Seriously, there are several people the I expected to be dead by now, simply because I expected them to do something stupid enough that it would cost them their life. Now don't get me wrong, I don't wish these people harm or death. It's just that I don't expect too many wise choices coming from them. Now what this woman did could just be a simple mistake, but if it wasn't, then what's next? I don't know if I want to live in world where this behavior is the norm. No, scratch that. I don't want to live in a world where that behavior is the norm.
