S&U The DVD is a series of short epic films profiling world-renowned explorer Alex Harris on his 65-day trek to the South Pole. Alex has climbed the seven summits (the highest mountains on every continent). This DVD series communicates the truth of a surrendered and untamed existence. It is not just a product, but a passionate call to action meant to encourage the watcher to step boldly into his or her own story. Each installment is meant to help the viewer develop a believing that leads to a life marked by the miraculous.
S&U The Workbook is a discussion book accompanying each DVD which encourages meaningful interaction through relevant questions and biblical references. We have partnered with Mark Batterson to host the DVD and help with the Workbook. Mark Batterson is lead pastor of National Community Church in Washington, DC. He is the author of "In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day" and "Wild Goose Chase."
S&U The Book is written by myself and is intended to break down the key themes of S&U, leading the reader on their own journey towards living a surrendered and untamed life. The book is reminiscent to the styles of Donald Miller's Blue Like Jazz and Erwin McManus's Chasing Daylight (Book Synopsis and sample chapters available upon request)
S&U The Album has been independently released. The album was produced by Grammy award winning engineer Randy Everett (O Brother Where Art Thou, The Williams Brothers). Recently "The Open Table" DVD was released. It is hosted by Donald Miller and produced by Switchvert. Track number 3, "Dreams, Visions & Revelation" is the featured song on this DVD. US AID and World Hope have also used tracks from this album in a PSA Campaign for social justice and HIV/AIDS.
