who is .sylCMYK (formally "ultrames.cmyk")?
ultrames.cmyk is an artist who specializes in making music that mirrors color. Color, shadow or whatever it may be, has an effect on how we all see normal things, depending on whatever color sets the mood. Also a fashionista, much of his life is made of materialistic property but understands the worth of nature to the worth of accessories. When not replicating nature through color, his counterpart - Mr.Glitch - focuses on understanding how complex rhythmic measures can confuse the ears while keeping hold and interest at the same time (such as taking a 7/8 measure song and turning or combining it into a 4/4 measure song).
Originally borned and raised in Brooklyn, his musicial background is a combination of classical, R&B and Electronic genres. Though his parents weren't able to afford piano lessons back when he was a child, he learned to teach himself how to play, dedicating numerous amounts of hours to learn how to play songs and how to read music. In conflict, .sylCMYK also loved to draw Sonic the Hedgehog & Mortal Kombat characters. But with his growing passion for music, .sylCMYK eventually got lazy and began to trace whatever he wanted to draw, damaging both his artistic abilities and his connection to art. Dedicated to music, he then got accepted to a small and private high school specialized in the Performing Arts, called Talent Unlimited.
He also considers classical composer Scriabin his God, as he is an influence on his style today
It was only until his later years in school where he formed his own style of drawing and his own style of music, much of which everything he does is based on.
He also attends college at the New York City College of Technology, studying Advertising Design in hopes on having an influence in both the industry and in life.
