About
Taken Under is a hardcore band based out of middle Tennessee, combining the sounds of hardcore and metal with lyrics that deal with the struggles and trials of everyday life. Determined to stay away from the watered down metal core / mall core scenes that have plagued hardcore over the past few years, Taken Under is more concerned with what the music is about than their looks. Taken Under previously released two demos but it wasn't until they recorded their latest release "Silence Your Enemies" that they have captured the sound that truly represent their brutal style of music. After only hearing a few tracks California's High Fidelity records quickly added Taken Under to their roster. Taken Under has shared the stage with many of todays top touring hardcore and metal acts and plans to continue to tour in support of their latest release. Taken Under stands for staying true to your beliefs and never giving in.

So we got into the studio this past Saturday and got the backup vocals completed for "Kissing Corpses" and the newly posted "Save Me From Me." Take a listen and let us know what you think.
