# 756

Recently, contemporary fashion designer Marc Ecko paid $752,467 for the baseball Barry Bonds hit for his 756th homerun. What does he plan to do with it? Well, that's up to you.

You see, Mr. Ecko, is making good on his plan to democratize the whole process. He has constructed a website where you can decide the fate of # 756. By clicking one of three boxes, you can cast your vote to either a) send the ball directly to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY, b) send the ball to Cooperstown after branding an asterisk into the ball in tribute to the former record holder, Hank Aaron, or c) put it on a rocket and blast it into outer space, where it will never be seen again.

What does Barry Bonds think about all this? "He's stupid. He's an idiot," Bonds said. "He spent $750,000 on the ball and that's what he's doing with it? What he's doing is stupid." In response, Ecko said he would make Bonds a custom T-shirt that says, "Marc Ecko paid $752,467 for my ball, and all I got was this 'stupid' T-shirt." That's classic!

Check out the whole story here, and click below to cast your own vote. How did I cast my ballot?... only my hairdresser knows for sure!
