The other day, I happened to check out a CNN story on The Wiggles. For those who don't have small children, the Wiggles are a children's musical group from Australia. Their music is very much on the bottom shelf, it's probably even simpler than the little ditties the purple dinosaur sings. If your're feeling brave, you can visit their official site.

Well, anyway, the most interesting part of the story was this. The Wiggles earned $45 million in 2004 to be Australia's top earning band. Do you realize that who they beat out to become the continent's biggest musical act? Try AC/DC... That's right AC/DC! The Wiggles out-earned Angus, Malcolm, and Brian Johnson. Quite an achievement for a Disney Channel act.
