Let me take just a minute to tell all Gateway volunteers how much I appreciate you all. You perform an invaluable service every week to all our guests in ways that are often unseen as well as seen. You don't know how many times I hear about the incredible impressions you make on people's lives. For every one I hear about, there are many others that may go unrecognized, but NEVER unappreciated!

Keep on wiping those noses, dancing with those kids, connecting with teenagers, hosting groups in your homes, pushing faders on the soundboard, handing out worship guides, making coffee, cleaning sinks, strumming guitars, programming light chases, parking cars, putting out chairs, and the host of other things you do!

I often tell people that I serve alongside some of the greatest Christ Followers in all the world. According to Christ's definition of greatness, the ones who are great are the "servants of all" (Mark 9:35). Thanks for living out the true definition of greatness, week in and week out, at Gateway Community Church!
