I uploaded the album last night.. but was really unhappy when I played tracks back from the VIRB player.
the OG .mp3 files that i uploaded were 320kbps CBR. and I started to think about that. My logic was that the VIRB server had to downgrade the quality, and it did a bad job. So i converted the mp3's to 128kbps CBR, and re-uploaded them. Seems to have solved a bit of the problems.. but as is with MP3's alot of those essential ultra low and ultra high frequencies have been dropped off.. and so the sound is just not there the way it should be.

Anyhow.. I decided to let folks in the VIRB community download the whole album. all 16 tracks are able to be downloaded. this is the only place on the web that you can do that. Given.. those files are 128kbps.. and sound like crap compared to the CD. But it is in my hopes that people will download the tracks.. play them in the Ipod, and at the basement house parties.. and then (big hoping here) buy the actual CD from me!

So, download the album.. dig it.. and buy a copy!
