I just got an email from Toys R Us about a new microsite that they launched on safety recalls. I think that's a great idea. Providing a service for their customers, especially with the what seems daily news story about lead and such, and generating customer loyalty. But they didn't quite get it right. When I went to the site, this is what I saw.

The letter is fine, but look at the navigation. Where are the safety links? I had to scroll all the way to the bottom to find the links.

Yeah, great idea, but how about giving the concerned consumer the quick links AT THE TOP! So Toys R Us, nice try, but in your effort to sell more toys, you missed the point. I suggest a slight redesign. But that's just my opinion.
