Mind Explosion!

After being on the road for quite a while and playing 150+ shows this year, you would think that I would be able to learn how to best prevent liquids from leaking inside my suitcase like such as shampoo, sunscreen, and the Iraq.

Seriously! Why can't I grasp the simple concept that change in altitude=explosion of shampoo and sunscreen ALL OVER EVERYTHING IN MY SUITCASE. THANKS.

After the first time of shampoo, I was a bit distraught, but was quickly reminded to place it in my ziplock back next time. After a bit of cleanup, it was totally fine. A couple of days ago I found another surprise, this time of the sunscreen variety all over my shirts and pants and socks and vests, and also noticed that somehow my ziplock was left open. Hooray! Actually instead of hooray, I went on a punching spree. I ended up bruising 23 people before the police finally took me down.

Just kidding. I've never punching anyone (other than my little brother that one time that was totally a mistake. Good thing he was sleeping.)

This brings me to my next point. Why don't bottles have a safeguard against altitude induced explosion? I want a padlock! Until then, I guess I'll just have to settle for trying to figure out how to do a better job at closing a ziplock bag. Until then...
