The Virginal Brides started in May 2006. A new experiment in droning electronics - the brainchild of AlBéRiCk, Andy and Oren.
AlBéRiCk & Andy have already collaborated as .cut versus The Vomit Arsonist for 3 compilation contributions since December 2005:
- "Me Myself & My Clarknova" was released on Y.13 - v/a - "La Brocante" (MP3 - Abyssa Netlabel - 2006)
- "Wait A Minute, This Is Not Rabbit" was released on MKA10 - v/a - "John's Carpenter Tribute: A Tribute To John Carpenter's Movies" (MP3 - Mekkanikal Industries - 2006)
- "The Velveteen Rabbit " was released on v/a - "Burn Money!" (CDr - Altsphere Prod - 2006)
Andy & Oren have remixed the track "Philippe F" by .cut featuring Gibet. Both remixes were released on wl008 - .cut featuring Gibet: "Philippe F Remixes" (MP3 - [walnut + locust] - 2006).
The very first track "Is Architecture Erecting A Substitute Cock?", featuring Cheerleader 69 from Punish Yourself as a very special guest, was released on v/a - "With Eyes With Open For A Brighter Future" (CD - House Of The Last Light) in September 2006.
Since then, Thee Virginal Brides have kept recording new tracks for your listening pleasure. Several contributions to international compilations are coming up, and collaborations are also more than welcomed.
Full length album available now on [walnut + locust] (Canada) :

"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov) Thank you for your friendship! Musical greetings from Munich/Germany! Feel free to download my music!
