While the original album by lead singer Collin Derrick was very much an indie solo project, the band's sound has grown to encompass the arena rock stylings of guitarist Jamie Heiting, and the powerfully untraditional drumming of Stephen Russ. Through this transition Collin Derrick's songwriting and vocals have remained as honest and unorthodox as ever. The combination of backgrounds and influences has produced a desire to craft each and every song in a different way than the last.
