I'd really like to clean this song up a bit. It's more of a demo. But I'm really proud of my base line and I was able to get the soul ballad feel I was looking for. Which is kind of a first. I never really get the sound I'm looking for. The song of course is about world of warcraft. I fought playing this game for years while my friends played and tried to get me to succumb to its might. But the last thing I needed was another hobby. Drawing comics and playing music makes it hard enough to spend time with my wife. Not to mention I've seen more than one relationship end over this game. Can you believe that? Ending a relationship over a video game or more importantly spending more time involved in a video game than a relationship? No I refused to play WOW for years until this past February something came over me. I don't even remember keying in the web address. But the next thing I know I'm setting up a ten day trial at WOWs website. The corner of my wife's eye caught something, a character creator possibly? "What are you doing", she said. "Nothing, Nothing!!!", I screamed covering the computer screen as if it was the most degrading porn ever to grace a computer screen. Yes I gave in. I've been playing since then but I've been real good. I'll go weeks without playing and then spend a 12 hour sitting leveling up. Haven't gotten divorced over it so it must be ok. I like this song though and if you play wow you can tell I'm a noob from the references. I'll have to write another one when I level up some more. Later, Ryan H.
