About
The MOOoD is an alternative-rock band from Bucharest, Romania consisting of Marius Moise (lead singer), Bogdan Spirea (drums, backing vocals), Mircea Valah (guitar, backing vocals) and Horia Stere (bass guitar).
During their (admittedly rather short, but constantly improving) time playing around the country, The MOOoD performed on the same stage with some of the most relevant established rock bands in Romania : Omul cu Sobolani, Kumm, Luna Amara, Timpuri Noi, Travka, Zob.
Their concerts have steadily grown in size, culminating with a performance at B'ESTFEST (Romania's largest international festival, headlined this year by Kaiser Chiefs, Alanis Morisette, Cypress Hill and Manu Chao) and opening for Lenny Kravitz's show in Bucharest in front of a 16.000 plus audience!
These days The MOOoD are getting ready to enter the studio and record some new material preparing for their first EP due late spring 2009.
