About

Therese Aune is a one-man band from Norway. She started playing the piano at the age of ten, and has been caught in the landscape of music ever since. She attempts to create sounds that are both beautiful and shrill at the same time. Her music alternates between slow Viennese waltzes, pounding the keys and tickling the ivories. It rattles along with little twinkling sounds from the instruments she plays simultaneously. Her right hand might be on a little red toy piano, whilst her left is busy on the piano and her mouth plays the kazoo. She is a musician not afraid of big emotions, nor playfulness.
