Matthew Jon Muschiana got some recording equipment and in 2005 Aaron Rossell moved into the same house and they made a lot of stuff for a few months and here it is. The Belmont EP was recorded at Matt's house in Los Angeles in July 2007. Matt and Aaron played together as "Thinking" in Fall 2007, and in May 2008 Rob joined. They played their first show as Potions at the DAAC in Grand Rapids on June 6-2008, and the world is forever mystified, misty eyed, and the owls haven't stopped hooting.
