THOT, it's an alchemy. It's the meeting of electronic music and rock. Grégoire Fray's compositions are inspired by the vegetal world, it spores, its photosynthesis but also by its silent hills and talkative wind mills.
The project's first album "The Huffed Hue" (2005) brings the listener to a sensitive natural universe between folk and industrial riffs. Grégoire Fray's powerfull voice switch from wispering to shouting and touch us by its sincerity. An intriguing musical universe...

THOT became a real actor on the Brussels's musical scene thanks to its amazing live shows which also come with a V-Jaying show. THOT is also on the Net. The project develops there a graphic identity in osmosis whith its sound universe.

Beside different collaborations (remixes for Flexa Lyndo, Nim, Nine Inch Nails, Moon Prototype, Dollsex, A Five Senses Fist, sound creation for Chili Kumquat and appearances on different compilations, ...), Grégoire Fray thinks THOT in the future. A second album in the making brings new energies into the project. THOT is also working on a new live concept.

2008 will see THOT's comeback with a more howling sound than ever.

New album, new musical ideas but also narrative ones because the concept will be about a tale and characters. Grégoire Fray recently changed into "The Hill's Mover" during seven songs, telling the story of one of those characters. First side project, first encounter ...others to come?
THOT is a vegetal and luxuriant world where ideas meet, collide and finally explode. All this to serve an atypical music looking for its own emotions.
