My dream last night was pretty incredible. Physical sensations to the max.
It started in Los Angeles where I was sitting in playing some Jazz songs with some friends and eating an amazing meal... my ride situation got screwed up and I was being traded among cars until finally I had to hang on to the roof of a car before we were pulled over by the Police. I quickly ducked away threw the trees after getting directions to Northridge which wasn't too far away... I knew I could find where I was going, but it proved to be an incredibly difficult uphill climb with alot of equipment I was carrying... (struggling to climb?)... going to battle in a cartoonized airforce with futuristic jets, but my vision is obstructed, and the voice of our commander cuts through like a 1930's baseball announcer (like I know what that sounds like... Hello my Baby). The enemy is fast and extremely crafty... my vision fails me and all my jet propultion stops suddenly as if someone pulled the plug that powered the whole battle. My ship, on which I was the sole passenger plumetted towards a futuristic Grand Central Terminal. I could hear the sound of a jet made of glass Shattering (Michael and Janet Jackson's Scream video comes to mind). I come to and arise from the wreck saying to people walking by without noticing the crash, "Am I alive?" Yes, came the answer non-chalantly. I then started to feel the pain. THe pain of at least 100 shards of glass stuck all over my body, but all hidden underneath my brown-hooded sweatshirt. I walked to the steps where my mother and sister were waiting for me to help. Are you okay? No, and I felt the pain and discomfort of helping remove the sweatshirt from my upper body. Finally, I watched and enjoyed as my Mother pulled each of the varying shards of glass, some deep, some dried and nearly scabbed already, from my arms and legs...
