An independent website/graphic designer by trade [ http://www.tinydesignstudio.com ], I thoroughly enjoy working for myself. I love live music and having a cold beer with friends, but can easily be a homebody working 'til the wee hours of the morning.
I'm rather opinionated about the state of the country - as an internet activist, a fan of moveon.org and other political organizations that strive for positive change.
My youth was spent traveling with my adventurous mother - born in NH, lived in UT, NV, CA, HI. As an "adult", I've lived in HI, NY, AZ and now GA. I spent a month traveling the coast of Queensland, Australia and look forward to exploring Germany, Italy & Greece in the not so distant future. I love the ocean - going to high school in Hawaii has spoiled me on beaches, though!
Somewhat of a nature nut - I love wildlife and wilderness, and consider myself to be an environmentalist. I recycle everything possible. I look for the positive in most situations and strive to be more open and understanding. Life here has the potential to be grand, and I try to take small steps to make it everything I want it to be.
I like people that are comfortable in their own skin and don't strive to impress. Natural beauty is what strikes me most. Intelligence and humor are a wonderful combination.
