In 1977, after having played in Rodolfo Mederos' and Luis Alberto Spinetta's groups I arrived in Paris from Buenos Aires to join Astor Piazzolla's « octeto eléctrico ». In France, I got the chance to work with some of the most prominent European jazz musicians (Stéphane Grapelli, Steve Lacy, Michel Portal, J.-F. Jenny-Clark, Glenn Ferris, Mino Cinélu, Nana Vasconcelos, Jean-Paul Celea) and later, devoted my time to the composition of so-called contemporary music and to leading orchestras.
After twenty eight years of being away from my country I think that the same process that led me back to my guitar also pushed me towards a first homecoming in 2005, playing tango. To be more precise, my own kind of tango.
Juanjo Mosalini (bandonéon), Gerardo Jerez Le Cam (piano), Iacob Macciuca (violon), Éric Chalan (contrebasse) et Tomás Gubitsch (guitares et composition).

J'aime beaucoup votre musique. C'est un plaisir de vous savoir à Paris en décembre. J'ai vu que vous étiez ami avec mon ami Gaétan Pantanella du groupe LALO.
