My name is Simon "Top Billion" Hill, I was born September 14, 1990 in Huntsville, Alabama, and I'm a rapper hailing from Monroe, LA. I now currently reside in New Orleans, LA. I have been making music since I was 14 years old. I'm the co-founder of CipherMusicGroup Productions along with True Wise. I have released 3 independent mixtapes so far in 2009; ("Off the Top Vol. 1," "Off the Top Vol. 2," & "Top Billion & MIDImarc Present: You Need Soul.")
What makes me different from the millions of other rappers? My intelligence, honesty, and determination. I feel as if I never lie to my audience, I never condescend, and I especially never give up.
