We have had a week of very solid ministry. We have just recently been working in a village called Wancoli. It is fairly deep in the bush and is about an hour away. Rarely does anyone speak english in this area. We have still managed to have some solid discusions and have shared the gospel through our interpreters. It truly is incredible the amount of time that the Ugandans will give us. We talk to them for a minimum of 30 minutes. They are all so welcoming. Even a lot of the muslims will hear us out. Not only will they give us time to speak but you can tell that they genuinely listen to what we are saying. We have visited four schools in the area and done a good amount of hut to hut evangelism.
Tomorrow (Wednesday) is our last day of evangelism. We are going to another school in Wancoli in the morning while the pastors of the church we have been working through have a conference. After this we will return back to the compound to hang out with our translators and pack. Thursday we will drive to Entebee to see the Alabama group off that night and then Friday morning we will fly out from there. We should be in DC by 8:45 Friday night but there is a fairly large chance we will miss our flight in London. No big deal if we do. They will give us a room and meals and stuff and we will catch the same flight the next day. Once arriving at DC we will stay in a hotel and then head home the next day.
Uganda has been incredible. We have all learned and grown so much. We are definately excited to return home to our families and churches. Thank you all for your support in prayer. Continue to pray that God would work through us as we return home. Let us bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ whether in America or Uganda.
