About
Torul / producer and DJ bio
Torul has been actively involved with music since 1992 as one of the few electronic club music pioneers in Ljubljana. At that time, he was working with his mate, now known as Alenia.
Torul went solo in 1999. He released his material at labels like Low Spirit - Berlin, Thule Musik - Reykjavik, Force Inc - Frankfurt, Touch Tone, Compressed, Absense -Slovenia, Matrix Musik etc., DJ-ing and playing live.
His work varies between clubbish Torul stuff, smooth Calvin Minera, dark Lev Lee, melodic Noir Frais and some other work is in progress. That shows general interest in music rather then sticking to only one area. Working paralelly on so many different projects, more time is need for some projects to see light. Or stay in darkness...
Torul is now in collaboration with other producers and musicians, also working together with Random Logic's DJ Ko0 in electronic and also organic areas. Torul also plays bass for creative and recording purposes.
