I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to work everyday to do this trad action, and to kill some time, I decided instead of listening to music the whole way that I would listen to some audio books. Well I just listened to an amazing book by John Joseph, he is from the band the cro-mags a nyhc punk band from the 80's (you should check them out) he is also part of a band called bloodclot. John has an amazing story and was around some amazing bands and people (bad brains, henry rollins, etc..) The book is called The Evolution Of A Cro-Mag.
