Singer-Songwriter Trent Dabbs lives in Nashville, TN where he is pursuing a full time career in music, consisting of songwriting for other artists and playing and recording his own songs. Dabbs' first solo release was 'Quite Often' produced by Dennis Herring (Modest Mouse, Jars Of Clay, Innocence Mission) and released on his own imprint label, Sweet Tea. 'Quite Often' was the hit Ryan Adams' fans had been waiting on since 'Heartbreaker' claimed Creative Loafing Magazine. The record received national acclaim that earned him song placement on WB's The OC and The Mountain, as well as an opening slot for REM. Dabbs' sophomore release, 'What's Golden Above Ground' struck the balance of honesty and polish that PASTE Magazine declared would guarantee him staying power. This record was released on Dabbs' own Ready, Set, Records! He is now working on his next album which he expects to be out before the end of 2007. "These new songs are another level for me. I've joined forces with some of Nashville's most amazing writers to take my music to the next level. I look forward to sharing this music with you very soon."
