ENGLISH: Triebwerk was founded in 2003 by Markus B. alias Blacksco and completed in spring 2004 by Jürgen S. alias Onkel-Morbus. Establishing a project and producing something "serious" was the vital step after a time of experimentation. In the past Blacksco acted as a DJ for industrial and noise music, from 1991 till 1997 he also presented techno music. It's the first contact with both music production and presentation for Onkel-Morbus. He didn't come into contact with this sphere before, but got enthusiastic about this kind of music quite a time ago. Onkel-Morbus contributed the band's name and most of the samples. Publications: The CD-R called "Schacht-Minister" was finished in May 2005. This production was primarily dedicated to the club-orientated industrial. Some tracks of this record were presented on mp3.de The second CD-R "re-act-or-front" was published in November 2004. The club "Kulturfabrik" in Krefeld arranged a release-party within the framework of their recurrent "Electroshock party". Several tracks of "re-act-or-front" and some older material were used for a DVD named "10 Jahre Gothic Industrial Party" which was issued by Fanatic TV. The album "re-act-or-front" fuses ambient and harsh noise. It was distributed among friends, acquaintances and DJs. The piece "Hoersturz" of the album "Schacht-Minister" was published midyear 2005 on a sampler called "Extrem Sündenfall 2" issued by the lable Upscene/Indigo. Triebwerk completed various demos (electronix and xvc) and founded the side-project MONOLOG. Last December the recent album "Krieg & Duell" was accomplished. Triebwerk and MONOLOG melt into one, you can listen to the result of this fusion on the band's homepage. --- --- ---

DEUTSCH: Gegründet 2003 von Markus B., alias Blacksco, seit Frühjahr 2004 komplettiert durch Jürgen S., alias Onkel-Morbus. Ein Projekt zu gründen war der entscheidende Schritt nach der Zeit des Experimentieren, etwas richtig zu produzieren. Bevor Blacksco damit angefangen hat, war er als DJ im Industrial / Noise Bereich, und von 1991 - 1997 als DJ im Technobereich unterwegs. Für Onkel-Morbus war es die erste Berührung mit der Musikproduktion / -präsentation. Er hatte vorher noch keine Berührung mit diesem Bereich, begeistert sich aber seit langer Zeit für diese Art der Musik. Von ihm kam auch der Name und der überwiegende Teil der Samples. Veröffentlichungen: Im Mai 2004 wurde eine CD-R mit dem Namen "Schacht-Minister" fertiggestellt. Diese Produktion war mehr dem clubtauglichen Industrial gewidmet. Auf mp3.de wurden Stücke von Schacht-Minister vorgestellt. Im November 2004 wurde die zweite CD-R "re-act-or-front" veröffentlicht. Für dieses Album gab es eine Release-Party in der Kufa - Krefeld, im Rahmen der Electroshock Party. Einige Stücke wurden dann, wie auch neuere Stücke, auf einer DVD von Fanatic TV, 10 Jahre GIP, benutzt. Das Album ist mehr die Verschmelzung von ambienten und krachigen Noise zu hören. Es wurden Promos an Freunde und Bekannte, sowie einige DJs verteilt. Der Track "Hoersturz", vom Album Schacht-Minister, wurde mitte 2005 auf dem Sampler "Extreme Sündenfall 2" des Labels UPSCENE / INDIGO veröffentlicht. Nach diversen demo Produktionen (electronix und xvc), sowie der Gründung des Nebenprojektes MONOLOG, wurden im Dezember das neue Album "Krieg & Duell" fertig. Das Ergebnis der Fusion von Triebwerk und dem Nebenprojekt Monolog ist auf der Homepage der Band zu hören.
