I'm intolerant to fleas; something I'm told every time i visit my village. I don't follow T.V., as I don't find made for advertisement programs relevant to me. Most of my clothes are recycled (hand me downs), and i often find myself wearing them long after they wear me out. I'm sometimes boring, cause I don't have alot to say... but if u love me; you'll love me :D I'm kinda biased to the middle finger on my right hand while typing. picture of a web design bookHead first with html, css and xhtml is a books for us who can never quite finish a book we begin(computer books in particular). Yeah it is engrossing with a bit of humor. A perfect book for those totally new to web design. Makes sense on your first read.
You begin with learning Html, and designing a website for an imaginary company called starbuzz coffee. The book is never boring, I doubt you'd find another teach yourself book that's got as much color as this. Yeah every page and image is in color.
There's also puzzles, crosswords, answered questions and other exercises at the end of every chapter that engages your brain to work what you've just learned. To get a sense of what i'm saying here's a link to headfirstCh8
As u progress with the book, you'll learn to make necessary changes to your websites making them web compliant, and graphically presentable. A very intuitive book that teaches you correct practices. If you're a newbie to web design you'll have no regrets buying this book.
