People. I've always said that to know me just ask my dog. My dog has been with me since my junior year of college. 5 years. He has outlasted several boyfriends, 4 roommates, and he has moved with me to 4 different houses. He has greated everyone faithfully at the door when they come to visit.

I am sad to say that he went missing yesterday. :( I came home from church and he wasn't here. My dog, in 5 years, has never run away. If he ever got out of the yard, he just sat by the front door until I came home.

So, today I have called the pound.....twice (just to make sure). And, I have filed a missing pet report. Who knew that such a thing even existed.

To say that I am sad is an understatement. You know that feeling when you just went through a breakup and you are still thinking of that person.....and things around you make you think of that person....that is how I feel today. I went around the house and picked up all his toys and almost cried.
