GAWD..this man is so into what he is doing that if the roof caved in he would be the last to know. Flee on the other hand makes a connection with people. in the pit there are these little steps connected to the metal blocks that are supposed to keep the public away from the stage. secureity uses them to get crowd urfers off and gets them out of hte pit etc. most photogs are not supposed to use them, but i do:) he he. that one little step makes a big difference for me, it's an eye level shot vs an up the nose shot. i try not to do it too often because then the people pressed up against hte block have my ass in their face... HA HA HA...sorry it is funny though. so during thier show i stand on the step and when i do, i am much taler than the crowd, and well... the band noticed me too...Flee looked at me as i was putting the camera to my face. i paused, looked at him for about three seconds and he smiled, it was such a goofy connection because he was suprised to see me do that i guess. loved it though, then i see his head swinging up and down while he plays as if his neck is made of rubber.
