Will Walker is your everyday, mild mannered, reclusive and typically unheard of electronic musician, dj, and remix artiste. He has not gone totally unnoticed, however. In 2004, Jette-Ives, a DC based duo of sexy jazz singer meets meticulous techno DJ, chose Will's remix of their track "In The Presence Of" to be released in a compilation of remixes that were part of Sony's ACIDPLANET.COM Jette-Ives remix contest. Samples of the remix entitled "In The Presence of (Will Walker's Sexy Nu Jeans)" can be heard at both BEATPORT.COM and iTunes as well as ACIDPLANET.COM.
"Offenbach Girls" is Will Walker's latest production. Only the short version is available here on VIRB. It is part of the Songs for M series of music and ends with a astutely humorous and sneering sample from Sophia Coppola's LOST IN TRANSLATION.
