Just over a year ago Donny Pauling left the porn industry, gave his life to the Lord and this week started seminary. He is in a two year program through the Londen Institute. Here is what he said.

I sit inside my room at the Homewood Suites in Louisville, Kentucky. In two hours I have to be out in the lobby. Seminary has begun. This is my first Residency. Three times a year I'll be attending one of these Residencies, at 3 different locations across the country. Had I started a few months ago, Max Lucado, who was on the board, would have been the featured speaker. Perhaps he'll be at the next one. The majority of the course work will be completed online... I love the fact that so many education institutions now offer "distance learning". It's perfect for people like me. I'd write more but I have a lot to prepare and not enough time to do it. Say a prayer or two or five for me, will ya?

It is such an encouragement to me to see this all happening. There have been volunteers, staff, and others that have come and gone from the ministry. Some leaving at difficult times where they did not see any fruit of the ministry. God has been faithful to this ministry and to me as we are about to close out our 5th full year of this ministry. I know lives are being changed and through the years I have seen that. That is why I continue. I know Donny has and will change peoples lives and can't wait to see him a few years from now.

On another note, pray for Jersey Jaxin. She just relocated to Florida to be near her family. We were able to get her first and last months rent for an apartment there and she will begin school in early 2008. Pray for her and her new life away from the industry.
